What Netvett changes

A simpler price
etvett is built to reduce dependence on margin-heavy middle layers. The model is simple: professionals keep 100% of their agreed pay rate, and Netvett charges transparent platform fees.
For shift bookings, Netvett applies a £10 flat booking fee. For direct recruitment, organisations pay £1,000 instead of percentage-based structures that can reach up to 25% of annual salary.
Who pays for what
Compliance verification is part of the platform — the worker is verified once, audit-traceably, and that record travels with them. There is no separate compliance charge per engagement.
Search and matching is part of the platform — there is no separate search fee. The flat booking and recruitment fees fund the platform, not a margin on the worker's rate.
