FPA pricing matrix

Netvett FPA doctrine. Because Netvett charges employers a flat £10 routing fee rather than a percentage margin, 100% of the rates listed below go directly to the professional.

Netvett connects independent nurses and healthcare professionals directly with hospitals, care homes, community services, and other care providers. We keep pricing simple: 100% of the listed nurse rate goes to the professional, and employers pay a flat £10 per shift routing fee.

That means nurses earn more, employers save money, and everyone knows exactly what a shift costs before it starts.

Higher guaranteed nurse take-home.Flat £10 employer fee only.No deductions from nurse pay.Specialist premium rates for hard-to-fill shifts.

Fair pay. Clear pricing. Better shifts.

Netvett is designed to remove the usual agency markup and replace it with transparent, fair pricing. For nurses, that means stronger hourly pay and no deductions from their rate. For employers, that means predictable costs and a lower total spend than traditional percentage-based agency models.

We reward experience, skill, and shift unsociability with a clear rate structure. Day shifts are priced competitively, while nights, weekends, and bank holidays attract higher premiums to reflect demand and commitment.

Fair Pay Agreement · specialist tier

Netvett specialist pricing

Specialist care, specialist pay.

This tier is for advanced and scarce-skill professionals such as ANP, ANNP, APNP, ECP, ENP, specialist nurses, clinical specialists, and first assistants. The pricing is set above standard Band 5 to 8 levels to reflect scarcity, autonomy, and critical clinical responsibility.

Netvett rewards highly skilled clinicians with premium hourly rates while keeping pricing transparent for employers. Nurses receive the full rate shown, and employers pay only a flat £10 per shift Netvett fee.

For specialist assignments, Netvett applies the same framework while adjusting the base rate for advanced experience, scarce skills, or critical care environments — including ICU, A&E, theatre, dialysis, community specialist nursing, and advanced practice.

This makes Netvett attractive for advanced practitioners who want stronger take-home pay, and attractive for employers who need specialist cover without paying traditional agency margins.
